We're expanding the engineering team, and we need a Senior Full Stack developer who moves across the stack and unblocks whatever's stuck, frontend or backend.

This is what you’ll do

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Dyflexis, you keep features moving for over a million users. You join a squad with a Product Owner, a UX designer and fellow engineers, and you go wherever the work needs you. One day you’re deep in a Vue.js 3 component, the next you’re in PHP 8, Symfony and MySQL, solving the backend logic that’s holding the frontend back. You don’t pick a lane. You see the whole picture and help decide how features are built across the stack.

You start by getting to know the codebase and how we work, then take ownership of full projects. We build in six-week cycles, followed by two weeks to reflect and reset. You get involved early, question assumptions, and stay close to the team from idea to release.

• Own features end to end across Vue.js 3 and PHP 8 / Symfony, wherever the squad needs you most.

• Shape technical solutions with fellow engineers, the Product Owner and UX, and help make architecture calls across frontend and backend.

• Review merge requests and give direct feedback. Take it well too.

• Keep performance and security front of mind: measure, flag issues and propose better alternatives.

• Understand what you’re building and why, so your work stays aligned with where the product is headed.

• Help other engineers grow, especially in the part of the stack they know less.
  

This is what you’ll need

• 5+ years as a full stack developer, including at least 2 in a senior role, and equally at home in frontend and backend code.

• Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js 3, PHP 8 (Symfony) and MySQL in production.

• Experience with Git (GitLab or GitHub), Docker and automated testing.

• A solid grip on security best practices, and you know how to measure and optimise performance.

• You’ve made technical decisions that span frontend and backend, and you can explain the trade-offs.

• Product sense: you ask what problem a feature solves before you build it, and push back when it doesn’t add up.

• Ownership: you unblock what’s stuck without waiting to be asked, and flag risks early.

• You listen well, adapt fast and switch between frontend and backend as the project needs.

• Bonus points for a background in B2B SaaS or HR tech.
