We are looking for a Data Analyst/Engineer in Utrecht, Netherlands. Reports to: Head of Product Operations.Intellerts is an innovative company helping businesses stay ahead using AI tools. Three core values drive our culture: mastery, autonomy, and purpose.As a Data Analyst/Engineer, you’ll be part of our AIFA project development team, turning data into information, insights, and decisions, and monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. The AIFA project aims to build an ecosystem of finance and audit analytics using AI/ML and big data technologies.You are responsible for:- Create, maintain and optimize data pipeline architecture- Build on large complex datasets meeting functional/non‑functional requirements- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements; automate manual processes; optimize data delivery; re‑design infrastructure for scalability- Build and maintain data pipeline infrastructures for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from diverse sources using SQL, PostgreSQL, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)- Work with clients, data and analytics experts to improve data systems and deliver richer functionalities- Use advanced computerized models to extract needed data and remove corrupted data- Perform initial analysis to assess data quality- Collaborate with teams or management to establish business needs- Define new data collection and analysis processesSkills and experience:- Expert knowledge of SQL and good understanding of data manipulation with PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL; expert in relational database design and concepts- Knowledge of Python, R (preferable)- Experience with data models and reporting packages- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Analytical mindset, strong problem‑solving, high mathematical ability, methodical and logical approach- Ability to plan work, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail- Dutch language skills, A2 level or aboveIn return, we offer:- Autonomy in how you work- Flexible working hours, ability to work from home, and professional development- Opportunity to grow in an international company and learn from professionals- Excellent environment to expand knowledge and skills- Holiday pay (8%); 27 holidays per year; pension arrangement with 50% employer contributionTo apply, please send your CV and cover letter to j.dobrovolskiene@intellerts.com.
