Power Conversion serves leading OEM customers in semiconductor equipment, healthcare, professional automotive and renewable energy markets. With projected revenue over €220 million in 2026, the business continues to scale in complexity, strategic importance and customer engagement. The Account Management organization is responsible for safeguarding and growing existing customer business throughout the product lifecycle while maintaining strong profitability and customer satisfaction.

The Account Director reports directly to the Head of Business Line, Power Conversion and is a core member of the Power Conversion Management Team. The role works closely with Sales, Development, Technology and Operations leadership to ensure long-term customer success and business continuity.

Several strategic customers operate across multiple business lines. The Account Director acts as the senior relationship owner for these customers and serves as the primary escalation point for significant commercial and operational matters across the broader organization.
