Who are we?
The Protein Brewery (TPB) is a young, highly innovative company that focuses on the development and production of sustainable food ingredients that contribute to active nutrition and healthy living. We do this using traditional brewing and fermentation techniques. We are responding to the global shift from animal-based food ingredients to a sustainable, plant-based food chain. Our team in Breda currently consists of 45 people and is growing rapidly. Who are we looking for?
To support our growing production activities, we are looking for a Logistics Operator. In this role you will be working in day shifts.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, takes ownership and likes to maintain a clean, organized and safe workplace.
What are your responsibilities and scope in this role?

Preparing and supplying raw materials for production activities.

Receiving, checking and processing incoming goods.

Preparing and shipping outgoing goods.

Loading and unloading trucks and tankers according to applicable procedures.

Performing warehouse activities, including stock management and inventory checks.

Ensuring accurate administration of logistics movement and inventory transactions.

Performing cleaning and housekeeping activities in the warehouse and production areas.

Contributing to a safe, organised and efficient working environment.

Working in accordance with safety, food safety and quality procedures.

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and operations.
What does your profile look like?
You are a good match with us if you have...
-
MBO working and thinking level, as well as experience in a logistics/production environment.

Experience working with hazardous materials and personal protective equipment (PPE).

A valid forklift certificate.
-
A proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
-
Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch; knowledge of English is a plus.
